NMHC: Rent Control and Eviction Moratoriums Can't Solve The Undersupply

 

National Multifamily Housing Council President Doug Bibby outlined how rent control measures and eviction moratoriums fail to address the root causes of the housing affordability shortage facing the U.S. In place of failed policies, Bibby offers a roadmap to address the underdevelopment of housing that has plagued the U.S. for decades.
