Seattle Law Requiring Landlords to Accept Tenants on "First Come First Served" Basis Ruled Unconstitutional
Since the beginning of 2017, a Seattle ordinance passed in late 2016 required that landlords choose among qualified applicants on a first-come, first-served basis.
