In case you missed it -- the first phase of the new apartment community will be built on the current parking lot of the 10-screen Regal Cinemas at Lloyd Center. Regal Cinemas will move into a new 14-screen multiplex on the site of the former Sears store and then the theatre will be demolished to make way for additional apartments.
