Dupre & Scott, a Puget Sound apartment market and investment research company made a presentation to a Seattle City Council committee on Monday, giving them an overview of the apartment market in Seattle. Similar to Portland, Seattle and the city's surrounding markets are experiencing exponential economic growth and commercial development.
