Portland #37 of 200 on "Top Performing Cities" list

The Portland area ranks No. 37 out of 200 large U.S. metro areas in the Milken Institute's annual report on the nation's "best performing" cities.

Portland-Beaverton-Vancouver area ranked No. 28 last year.
