City of Portland Announces Traveling Helpdesk for Landlords and Tenants

The Portland Housing Bureau Rental Services Office announced today it will begin a traveling helpdesk service on Saturdays throughout the summer. The plain is aimed at helping renters and landlords navigate the complex web of recently enacted rental housing regulations.
