NextPortland reports that the Modera Davis, a 204-unit, 12-story apartment building that will be located at NW 10th and Davis, was approved by the Design Commission. Along with the apartment units, the plan includes 7,600 square feet of ground floor retail, 145 parking spaces in a below grade garage, and 308 long term bicycle spaces. Amenities include a fitness room, club room, dog lounge, dining room, and terraces. The half block site is the current location of jazz bar Jimmy Mak's.
