Portland Adopts Nationally Groundbreaking Plan for Residential Infill

Portland's Residential Infill Project (RIP) was recently called "The Best Low-Density Zoning Reform in US History" by the Sightline Institute, a Seattle-based nonprofit think tank that works with citizens and decision-makers seeking to advance long-term solutions to our region's most significant challenges.

HFO partner Greg Frick interviewed City of Portland Project Manager Morgan Tracy for an update on the recently adopted the Residential Infill Project, highlighting pieces of interest to the multifamily housing investor.
